I love the Dredge content!!! I do think it's a mistake to cut Mutts and Dread Returns though. T2 exhume is very powerful but inconsistent, reanimating a lotleth giant is a very consistent wincon and the Mutts do so much to advance your gameplan as great blockers that also dredge imps from hand and provide on demand bodies for dread return when you mill them.
Here for the sweet Pauper veeeedeeo. Have a blast at Paupergeddon, hope to make it there one day in person but until then will envy those lucky players who live in/close to Italy. :)
Fun fact, monowhite is probably THE worst matchup of dredge, 4 thraben charm in main plus prismatic strands can block loleth giant dmg (thats why u usually side in flaring pain, it's not just for fog)

What are thoughts on playing some number of Shenanigans instead of Ancient Grudges? I have been tempted to try them out because it feels like a brutal way to eviscerate Affinity.

I don't find this deck very strong, people play maindeck graveyard hate in plenty of pauper decks, gets even worse after board.
